[R&D] Full log feature #8

For R&D and testing new algorithms and ML, we may want to build an exhaustive silent log of all actions taken in a browser.

This log should be used for ML / algorithm testing purposes and will not match the internal extension memory.

The log would be pure raw data without any quality checks. Rebuilding the user navigation should be done in an ad-hoc tool (Python ?)
