At least two users have encountered such a behaviour.
Cf screenshots of exchanges :
I would add but I am not sure that the real tab is not retrievable from the historic? (might be false assumption, just difficult to find)

How

Solution could be linked to either fallbacks or true restore and the changing tabs ids when restarting chrome

should be fixed, let's see in the long run if sessionId can fail too. I hope it will be ok on 3 days, worst case if the deleted at is older than 1 day we can switch back to a shell restore.
