Fixes overlap issues with fetlife CSS. #40

  1. This fixes the issues with the fetlife CSS overlapping. Fixes #31 *Note: 0.4.8 please DNM till 0.4.7 is done
  2. Updated to 0.4.8
  3. Cleaned and squashed.

After This one, we should have a clean issue list and a working plugin again.

This looks great, again, thank you. Would you feel okay omitting the version change from this commit? The way Greasemonkey works, a version change in this branch will trigger an update in clients and I'm not ready to release this quite yet.

In think you should release this one, because the currentversion is unuseable on most fetlife pages. It's really a breaking bug.
