Cannot modify settings: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page #30

Hi,

just installed the plugin. I clicked settings and get an error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page

Files permissions are set to 0644 when I check the plugin folder. Directories have been set to 0755.

If there's anything else you need to know, please tell me.
