Refactor the blog hierarchy

Currently, the blog section (list) is composed of subsections (sublists) for each topic (trips, gears, wishlist...).

Planning to change it completely by using taxonomies (more flexible).

• override taxonomies templates (taxonomies and terms)
• use tags to deffirentiate each category
• flatten the article hierarchy
• update the menu to only display one level (no sub-categories)
