Read only Filemount: Error on Preview and Download #195

If a Backend User has a Filemount that is that to "readonly" the User get the message
"Oops, an error occurred! Access Error: You don't have access to this module." on click on Preview or Download from this Mount.

TYPO3: 8 LTS (composer mode) Media: 4.5.0

You have to add the module "User tools>Media Extra (hidden module, required for non admin)" to the user rights....
