[BUGFIX] Add german abbreviations for month names #43

There are some abbreviations for german month names missing. If such a date must be parsed, the parser returns 'false'. Adding these names solves the issue.

This can only be a temporary solution as the base issue is lies in the library SimplePie. I will also make a PR there, to be able to switch back to the official version asap.
