Use SVG icons instead of font based icons #16

Currently using font based icons. This is very inefficient since the font contains hundreds of icons and we only use a small set of them.

[ ] Experiment with Font Awesome 5 Pro SVG icons (currently at "5.0.0-beta5" release)
[ ] Update inventory of icons in use & find matching FontAwesome 5 SVG icons
[ ] Request feedback from mobile users (staging)
