How shall I deploy ASAP2 using docker-compose and docker engine locally? Would there be any details?

Hello! Deploying the web application on another system is currently not supported. We are still actively developping the web application which is then not stable enough to allow this. However, you can already install the last version of asap_run docker image that contains all the bioinformatics scripts/bins to be able to execute/reproduce locally analysis pipelines. You will find the instructions how to install the asap_run docker image on the report page of any project.
