feature request: add grib sources #2

E.g. I can use https://api.met.no/weatherapi/gribfiles/1.1/?area=oslofjord&content=weather to get local grib files

If you PR something for this feature, I'd say it should be configurable using the plugin config (or maybe a drop down of known sources)?
