Mert, I barely remember why I created and where I addressed this GitHub repo. :) Could you please tell me where you saw this GitHub repo so I may recall what the problem was and how I solved it.

https://github.com/aspnet/Mvc/issues/8739 and https://github.com/aspnet/Localization/issues/246 saw this issues . My resources file in my webUI but i want to move my class library .
