There is:

$cache = \Fabfuel\Prophiler\Decorator\Phalcon\Cache\BackendDecorator($cacheBackend, $profiler);

There should be:

$cache = new \Fabfuel\Prophiler\Decorator\Phalcon\Cache\BackendDecorator($cacheBackend, $profiler);
