Calculate total power for older firmware #60

The old firmware does not offer total_power in the http json status. This small fix calculates it from all phase powers. Tested with version 20201124.

Hey Fabian,

thanks for your project. In my project I cannot update the Shelly therefore I added this workaround. Maybe this is helpful for others as well.
