Update mensa data #45

Uses the new data source w/ current tmp location at lucas-vogel.de. There's a few small serverside kinks to be worked out, then we can find a location to host this ourselves.

Huge thanks to @lucasvog btw! This saves an enormous amount of pain on working with mensa data.

Resolves #21

BTW: This adds an ATS exception for lucas-vogel.de, which should be removed again when we host the mensa scraper ourselves.
