Plugin stuck after reinstall on Octopi 14.0 #239

Telegram was initally installed on an older Version of octopi. I used the Plugin Manager to "clean up data" and uninstalled / reinstalled OctoPrint-Telegram.

Now the plugin is stuck in the "Testing the token, please wait..." mode. Here is an extract of the log file. (error while installing the plugin and the error it puts out when trying to connect to a bot)
