[FEATURE REQUEST] Include the reply_to_message id and user id #66

Hello, Would it be possible to include, in the database, the id of the message replied if the current message is a reply, and, if possible, the id of the user replied ?

Then, it would be more simple to make Seq2Seq datasets using Telegram conversations.
