[Feature Request] Downloading the history of a specific group (or contact) #75

Hey, what if I wanted to download all media (images) from a specific group or person in my contact. Currently, it looks the tool download the whole history and there's no option to narrow it.

Basically a --include-chat 123123123 and an --exclude-chat 123123 would be great, and could also be used to backup supergroups.
