Update graveyard.json - Add Stream, Live Events and Yammer #95

Hi @fabianoriccardi I added three entries: Yammer, Teams Live Events and Stream (classic).

2 issues: dateClose of Stream seems wrong (should be February and not April) and I cannot find any close date for Yammer in your links (neither in the web).

Hi Fabiano, good catches.

Stream has an inconsistency in documentation. The first link has February, the second with the timeline for decommissioning has April and is the one accurate.

Yammer has date only available in internal documents - can share a screenshot if needed but cannot be linked directly - and public documents just refers to "within 2023".

That's fine, and if they should change any date in their roadmap, we can quickly fix it.
