Feature request: rSAP #27

Will you implement the Bluetooth remote SIM Access Profile (rSAP)?

On http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=4402 you can see that 
there are enough requests for this.

Hello Frank. 

Since rSAP requires native feature currently not accessible through the Java 
runtime, we can't implement this on the android-bluetooth project. Sorry about 
that.

Hopefully, it will be part of upcoming official operating system release.
