The NPM published Alertify versions are outdated. Could these be published?

I will - I've never published to NPM (someone did), only bower. I'll update as soon as I get a chance.

reason for asking is your library is up on cdnjs, and we're rolling out auto-updates via npm to reduce maintenance overhead
