Thank you so much for all these fixes, I appreciate the time and effort it takes to contribute to make this book better. I would like to add you to the acknowledgment section. What name should I use?

I read the book in a flash, it was so very absorbing. But the typos kept bothering me: such good content shouldn't be stained with small insignificant issues like those. Then came GitHub... that's where the time and effort went... 8-( Please don't acknowledge me in the book, I didn't contribute any major info. And please keep sharing quality stuff like this!
