Apologies for this shameless self-promotion on another repo, but as this project has been abandoned, no PRs are being reviewed and issues are ignored, I created a cloudproxy which is a replacement for scrapoxy. It is very similar but designed to be easier to set up. Hope this is useful.

ScrapeNinja notable differences from scrapoxy and cloudproxy:

• ScrapeNinja is an subscription based API (and it can be massively cheaper than paying hetzner or digital ocean for hosting scrapoxy servers, in a lot of use cases)
• you don't need to deal with proxies in ScrapeNinja: you just pass geo: us or geo: de and each scraping request is executed through new proxy from specified geo proxy pool
• ScrapeNinja solves TLS issue and helps to bypass Cloudflare basic protection without real browser overhead
• ScrapeNinja includes smart retries on web page text and http response status
• ScrapeNinja can launch real web browser and return rendered HTML (this is optional).
