[Azure] Guideis not aligned with current Azure state

Current Behavior

I've tried to walkthrough the guide, but couldn't up running. First problem was not that big: I should create scrapoxy_rg and scrapoxy_image_rg resource groups. But after that, when I'm trying to launch the connector I've got:

The Resource 'Microsoft.Compute/galleries/spximg_scrapoxy_gal/images/spximg_scrapoxy_def/versions/1.0.0' under resource group 'scrapoxy_image_rg' was not found.
