Implement new functionality of the highest measurement page (organ map, gene expression barchart)

• display a grey scale organ map and use a color scale to indicate cell types with the highest gene expression in each organ
• enable hover functionality to view detailed gene expression data across cell types within a hovered organ
• additional enhancements: add hyperlink access to gene names and include a legend for color scale interpretation
