A basic implementation of a neighborhood cluster plot has been added to the page
Need to be improved and make it hoverable by user.

A heatmap visualization for nCells data has been implemented but is currently commented out (not sure whether this plot is useful, will show Fabio tomorrow).

Now the users can hover over both the fills area and centroid text to view the bar chart. The code is ready for you to review. Thank you.

Not ready for merging yet. The title and hover-over text for the 'chromatin accessibility' plot is incorrect, I'll fix it now.
