Make new/lost variance calculation relevant for a given dimension #76

Now this analysis shows the "combinations of dimensions" that have or have not changes (new shops mixed with new products new markets). This is not really helpful. It should be possible to focus on a given set of predifined dimensions (example impact on sales of new shops e basta)

When selecting a variance calculation (fix dimension) with new & loss

The user can drop all the columns except the one for which she wants to analyse new and loss impact

and app returns result. Title has to be adjusted manually
