Make like for like work for all relevant charts #95

Marimekko works. However like for like is calculated over two years (customers that exist in both years), not over all available years as in the stacked column plot.

And also in the multitier bar chart.

So you cannot actually compare the two sets of like for like. We might want to change this.

Everything works. Possible to choose whether to calculate like for like on all periods in dataset or in present and previous period
