ADD IPYTHON NOTEBOOK FOR OFFLINE PREDICTIONS

Added an html version of an iPython notebook:

• contains code for analyzing videos locally
• contains an example of preprocessing for the pupil data.

Could be useful for experimenters that are more accustomed to the jupyter environment or that want to integrate meye in their analysis pipeline.
