Consider moving samples to azure-webjobs-sdk-script-samples #2

I was doing the same as you last week, creating a new samples repo under my name, but decided to create an "official" Azure repo for these https://github.com/Azure/azure-webjobs-sdk-script-samples. Thoughts? Funny, looks like we created these repos at nearly the same time :)

:) I noticed your Azure org repo yesterday. Happy to move this stuff there as it would be easier for people to find it.
