Remember window size and position? #309

Everytime I open a document I have to resize it, as show in the video:

Also an option to split the window always at 50% by default would be great! :)

As part of this it would be great to have the preview pane have a maximum size, since (at least with the theme I'm using, GitHub2.css) the preview body has a fixed width (854px), so fixing the source width and growing the preview width past that is of no use.

I'm not sure if it's possible to inspect the DOM of the preview for its body width to do this?
