Is the license GPL3 (only) or GPL3 (and later)? #335

Hi all,

I am trying to package Marker for Nix/NixOS and have a question about the license. The reviewer of my package PR noticed that in source files the license says GPL v3 or later, but going the LICENSE file itself we are not sure if it is GPL v3 only or GPL v3 or later. If you know which one it is, please let me know.

We ended up going GPL3+ upstream.
