Updated webkit version in debian package #397

And also changed version number (20.04.04 -> 20.04.04.2) in the daily builds PPA.

@Mandarancio Can you make a new official release in GitHub, like this? The last version was released more than three years ago, and there has been a lot of new features and translation updates since then.

Distro packagers will not package the latest git code unless a new version is officially released, so most users are unable to use the features added in the last three years.
