Having written a "Getting Started" guide for the java side of things, I'm very 
conscious that we could probably benefit from something similar for how you set 
up to work with the bridge itself. Something that just walks you through what 
BWAPI and JNIBWAPI code you need, where you need it and how you can generate a 
project in VS2008 that will create an ExampleAIClient.dll for use by 
JNIBWAPI.java would be great.

Fobbah has previously offered to write this so I'm assigning it to him, partly 
for tracking and partly as a reminder :P
