isConstructing missing from Unit #25

I am using r34 as released on June 28. It seems to me that the function boolean 
Unit.isConstructing() is missing, while it is a basic function present in BWAPI 
itself. 

Is there are particular reason for this? If not, it would be great to see it 
added to the library.

No particular reason, there's a bunch of other functionality that still needs 
to be implemented as well. If you come across something that hasn't been added 
yet, feel free to make another issue! Thanks. :-)

Oh, this is now fixed in r35.
