Missing functionality - requiredUnits and requiredTech #27

I am trying to find a way to get the requirements for a unit type. In the 
original BWAPI there seems to be two functions, requiredUnits and requiredTech, 
that does this job. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the corresponding 
methods in JNIBWAPI.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Not sure what version. Somewhere in between r27 and r32 judging from the 
commits. OS is Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not using the newest version, but I couldn't find anything about this issue 
in the newer commits so I don't think it has been fixed yet. If I'm wrong, 
sorry for the inconvinience.
