BUGS:

[x] The misfiring instruction is not correctly stored
[x] When app is restarted, the config values displayed by the frontend are not correct

TODO:

[x] Try different misfiring policy. If I stop the scheduler, it fires all missed triggers once it's resumed
[x] the driverDelegateClass is set twice in quartz.properties and also in application.yaml
