can't compile chan_dongle-1.1.r14 for asterisk-1.6.2.13 on debian/wheezy i686 #109

hi,

im having the same issues with dtmf as seen in:

just that im using asterisk 1.8.13.1 from debian/wheezy, so i tried building 
chan_dongle for asterisk 1.6.2.13 (as also stated in ./configure example in 
INSTALL file).

even tried the same with 1.6.2 svn trunk and chan_dongle svn trunk from today 
but the output is quite same like in the pastebin link. (just the warning 
disappears)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
cd /usr/src
wget 
http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/asterisk/releases/asterisk-1.6.2.13.
tar.gz
tar zxf asterisk-1.6.2.13.tar.gz
cd asterisk-1.6.2.13
./configure
make
cd ..
wget http://asterisk-chan-dongle.googlecode.com/files/chan_dongle-1.1.r14.tgz
tar  zxf chan_dongle-1.1.r14.tgz
cd chan_dongle-1.1.r14
./configure --with-asterisk=/usr/src/asterisk-1.6.2.13/include
make

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chan_dongle-1.1.r14 with asterisk-1.6.2.13 on Debian/wheezy

Please provide any additional information below.
uname -a
Linux home 3.2.0-4-486 #1 Debian 3.2.32-1 i686 GNU/Linux

am i doing something wrong? could someone please point me in the right 
direction?
