I've tried to adhere to the code style as far as I could tell. However if you feel I violated any part of it I'd be happy to reformat my code
The structure is very similar to the already mentioned filtering structure of the WordPress core. Normally the filtering of the init options would be a part of calling wp_editor. However since no such call is used for the element-tinyMCE I've chosen to include it once right after the useless editor.
