If you want to translate the slider content (such as text elements), there is an easier solution: just create an identical slider with a different name with translated texts. In this way you'll have 2 sliders (e.g.: home_slider_eng and home_slider_it).

If you want to translate the backend, you have to follow the instructions from eduardoarandah: https://github.com/fabiorino/crelly-slider/issues/7 or, if you are not familiar with github or poedit, contact me at fabiorino@outlook.com
