Replace the standard open context menu command #9

It would be awesome if I wouldn't always have to right click and open in application but could just click on the file and it would always open in the application not in vs-code. Could you add that feature? Does VS-Code even allow extensions to do that? Or can I do that with a setting in vs code?

I don't think there's any API for doing that unfortunately.
