Remote firmware update deployment ? #17

Fab-O-Matic firmware updates could be launched from the front-end since:

IP address is known
Firmware version is announced by the board
Platformio provide OTA option

It would make life easier when there are many boards and new features / bugfixes

Notes:

Platformio as build/upload tool is too heavy to download and install (not Raspberry Pi Zero friendly). Another update tool is probably needed.
Compatibility of Espressif otatool.py ( https://docs.espressif.com/projects/esp-idf/en/stable/esp32/api-reference/system/ota.html ) is not tested
