Purge of old records #18

It is probably necessary to purge nominal data after a while (e.g. 1 year) for privacy.

Data that should be periodically deleted:

expired users
usage of machine by single users

This should not corrupt statistics because:

machine have a "total hours" attribute independent of usage record
only the last maintenance record is needed to compute if maintenance is needed (not perfect)
