Address autocomplete does not work in China #392

When adding a Lab, the address autocomplete that uses Google API seems to be not working, see #390. We should either:

Since we are already using MapBox, here's another option: https://www.mapbox.com/help/how-geocoding-works/

Both MapBox and OpenStreetMap are reported to be working in China

Can't load Maps correctly on my end from Boston. Is there an update to the API key?

Same problem with Maps in Russia fablabsio

This is because now the API keys from Google must be associated to a payed account to work, free Google maps API is deprecated
