Improve the e-mail notifications to new Labs

The e-mail notifications to new Labs should be improved for better UX (as with e-mails to Referee Labs #195 ), at least in these ways:

• Your Lab was approved by one of the designated referees We should make it clear that it was approved by only one referee, so the other 2 referees are still missing
• You can check your lab profile at: When the lab is under approval process, the profile cannot be checked

LABS-- all emails go to the creator of the lab. Not the email that is in the email section.
