I believe the current wording is sane. At least for Bavaria :-)

At least in Munich no one is using this wording, but after flashing the changed version I've realized it doesn't even work with the layout of the words. It would produce e.g. "ES IST NACH VIERTEL ZWÖLF", which is definitively worse then original therefore I've canceled the pull request ;-)
