A license is missing #2

This project shows no license.

I suggest https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ This covers our goals to enable others FabLabs and Hackerspaces to reproduce the card reader while clearly stating that we have no commercial interest in the project and would like to prevent others from using it commercially either.

If that suggestion is cool, please add a copy of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/creativecommons/legalcode/master/by-nc-sa_4.0.txt as LICENSE.txt in the toplevel folder.

For the Software I prefer something more free, something simple like MIT or BSD.
