2 years ago Download any file of around 2019 (suspect this HOL was created around that timeframe)- https://www1.nyc.gov/site/tlc/about/tlc-trip-record-data.page. Just copy the first row from file downloaded from and save it as a sample file- remember it needs to be less than 2048kb file as sample. It worked for me.
