Pumpkin II (Volume 1) #162

Due to my last pumpkin PR being reverted due to it's shear size I've decided to segmenet it into multiple parts.

This is Volume 1, where I readd the blocks.

Other parts will be in future PRs. Part 2 will be snow golem logic for custom pumpkins (Also a hotfix for generation stuff, anvil handling for tiny witched pumpkin).

Part 3 will be the custom crops for Rainbow/Witched pumpkins plus addition of random outcomes for normal pumpkins inside of default pumpkin crop.

Part 4 the final part will add Enderman bypasses for the carved pumpkins and some funny logic to do with witched pumpkins in golems.
