Automatic Fabnet private Ipv4 vpn no longer working #123

Need to investigate some more ...

  1. Komal and I tried to use auto. It did not work. It does work when using sample fabric jupyter notebooks
  2. I am thinking that once we have it working we should introduce it as a network in fab config ....
