We've showcased the prototype of the notebook during the KNIT8 workshop. As we progress, we're keen on gathering your insights regarding what aspects need improvement, enhancement, or redesign. Your input will be instrumental in shaping the development of the new FabFed Jupyter notebook. Thank you in advance.

I guess the first thing is to work with fabric team to get this as part of the fabric jupyter installation.

As far as enhancements I think we should follow fabric's way of handling credentials. Meaning one nicely documented noteboook that helps users configure the fabfed credentials. Other notebooks would just point this fabfed credential notebook.

Is ipywidgets (https://github.com/fabric-testbed/FABExp) part of this issue? Or should we focus on getting the fabric jupyter installation first ?

Yes to both questions. As we discussed in a previous meeting, we should look into a style and starter page similar to FABExp. ideally we want to use this as a "portal" interface for all users.

We will discuss with merge of this into fabric Jupiter hub with rest of the big group.
